B-well Gourmet French Toast
 

B-Well Gourmet French Toast

4 Free-Range Eggs (extra large)
¼ Cup Cream           
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
4 Slices Bread of choice
2 Tbsp B-Well Pure Canola oil
8 Bacon rashers, crispy 
2 Tbsp Cream cheese / Mascarpone / Crème Fraiche 
2 Bananas, cut in half and caramelised
2 Tbsp Almonds, flaked and toasted
1 Tbsp Maple syrup / honey 
Pomegranate jewels and mint to garnish
 
In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Whisk well until fully incorporated.
Soak the bread on each side for roughly 30 seconds, or to your preference. The longer the bread soaks, the eggier the toast will be at eating time. Soak for less if you prefer a drier centre.    
Add the B-Well Pure Canola to a frying pan on medium heat, and cook the French toast until golden and crispy. Set aside for assembly.
Place the French toast in a stack, then begin to assemble with bacon, cream cheese, bananas, toasted almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Garnish with pomegranate jewels and fresh mint. Enjoy!
