B-well Mayonnaise Student Chicken

B-Well Mayonnaise Student Chicken

Serves 4


8 Free Range chicken thighs
1 Cup Fruit chutney
1 Cup Tomato sauce 
½ Cup B-Well original tangy mayonnaise
1 tsp Paprika
¼ Cup White vinegar 
Salt and pepper, to taste 
Cooked basmati rice, to serve
 
In a mixing bowl, add the paprika, fruit chutney, tomato sauce, B-Well Original Tangy Mayo, vinegar and mix until combined. Season to taste.
Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
Pour over the B-Well marinade, cover with foil and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Pop the covered chicken into the oven and cook at 180 degrees celsius for about 35-40 minutes.
Remove the foil and pop back in the oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden and slightly crisp, but you have loads of sauce left over.
Serve the chicken on top of cooked basmati rice, with the sweet and sticky sauce drizzled over the top.
