You can do this workout anywhere, any time!

Gerrie Jansen from Gerrie’s Superior Fitness combines anaerobic and aerobic training in this routine and you can do it in 3, 5 or 10 minutes depending on how much time you have on your hands.

Gerrie calls this his Specialised Endurance Anaerobic Strength training. This will give you a full body workout in a non-stop fashion and you can decide the intensity depending on your level.
