Makes: 6 cheese puffs
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup self-raising flour
Less than 1 cup milk
1. Set the oven to 180 degrees C.
1. Place the flour and grated cheese into a bowl.
2. Crack the egg into a 1 cup measuring cup. Add 1Tbs oil and top up the cup with milk.
3. Add the milk mixture to the flour and cheese and stir with a fork to combine completely.
4. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake holders.
5. Bake for 10mins or until just browning on top.
