Chocolate Surprise Muffins

Makes 12

Ingredients:

• 1 Pkt Sasko quick treats chocolate muffin mix
• 200ml vegetable oil
• 200ml milk
• 2 XL eggs
• 1 slab milk chocolate - broken into pieces

Method:

1. Set the oven to 180 degrees C.

2. Prepare the muffin premix according to the packet instructions.

3. Place 1 spoon of mix into each cupcake holder.

4. Place half a block of chocolate into each cupcake then top with the remaining cake mixture.

5. Bake for 12mins or until browning on top.

Tip: Best eaten when warm.
