
Chocolate and strawberry trifle
Serves 4
1 plain chocolate sponge cake
1 L chocolate custard
500g fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
500ml vanilla yoghurt
2 chocolate flakes
Break up the sponge and place into the bottom of a glass bowl, top with the chocolate custard then the strawberries followed by the yoghurt. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Finish by crumbling over the flake.
