Cinnamon Cereal Squares

Makes 16 squares

Ingredients:

• 2Tbs unsalted butter
• 150g pkt marshmallows
• 6 cups Kellogg’s special K
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method:

1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
2. Place the butter and marshmallows into a large pot and cook over medium heat, stirring, until melted.
3. Place the Kellogg’s flakes and cinnamon into a bowl then pour over the marshmallow mixture.
4. Mix thoroughly to combine.
5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
6. Allow to cool completely, then lift out and cut into squares.
