
Clover Bliss Frozen Fruit Skewers

4-6 Strawberries, sliced
1 Banana, peeled & sliced
½ Pineapple, chunks
1-2 Kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
1 Small papaya fruit, peeled & cut into chunks
½ Cup Clover Bliss Double Cream, Plain
½ Cup White chocolate, melted
6-8 Wooden skewers
Skewer in individual fruit pieces onto a wooden skewer, make sure to alternate the colours to create a rainbow.
Heat the yoghurt slightly over a medium heated pot and then add the melted white chocolate and mix until combined. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the skewered fruit and place into the freezer to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
