
Clover Bliss Strawberry and apple pie breakfast brûlée
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 cups Bliss Strawberry flavor
2 small apples, finely chopped
½ cup nuts (pecan, almonds or cashews), chopped
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup brown sugar
Method
Place the chopped apple, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of the chopped nuts in a saucepan. Cook for a few minutes until the apples become stew like.
Mix the apple mixture through the Bliss yoghurt. Spoon into ramekins and top with rest of the nuts and brown sugar. Blow torch until golden brown or place under a hot grill for a few seconds to melt the sugar.
