Clover Classic Custard Banoffee Pie Jars

1 tin Clover condensed milk
150g Digestive biscuits, crushed
500ml Clover Classic custard
250ml Clover fresh cream
2 Bananas, ripe
Chocolate shavings and Banana chips to garnish
Place the Clover condensed milk into a pot with boiling water, ensuring the can is completely covered at all times. Simmer uncovered for roughly 3 hours until the condensed milk has turned into caramel. Set aside to use later.
Press the crushed biscuits into the base of the jar, about 1cm thick. Add an equal layer of condensed milk caramel into the jars. Add a layer of Clover Classic custard, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat process to fill jars if desired, or do single layers. Finish with a final puff of whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate shavings and banana chips.
