Clover Classic Loaded Flatbread

Clover Classic Loaded Flatbread

INGREDIENTS
250g self raising flour
1 cup Clover Classic dairy snack, plain flavor
Pinch of salt
200g rump/sirloin steak
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp brown sugar
1 red pepper, chargrilled and cut into strips
Handful fresh mint leaves
1 disc feta
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt and pepper to taste


METHOD
In a bowl ,combine the self raising flour, salt and Clover Classic dairy snack. Mix well to combine and form into a dough. Allow to rest for a few minutes, the tear of pieces of the dough and roll out on a floured surface, into flatbread shape
Heat a dash of oil in a pan or griddle pan and cook the flatbread, until cooked through for about 2-3 minutes per side. 
Season the steak with paprika, cumin, sugar, salt and pepper and cook the steak in a heated pan, to your liking. Allow to rest before slicing. 
Top the flatbread with a spread of Clover Classic dairy snack, sliced steak, chargrilled peppers, mint leaves and crumble over the feta. Squeeze over the fresh lemon and serve
