Clover Classic Passion Fruit Mousse

¼ Cup Clover Classic Yoghurt-Based Dairy Snack, Plain
¼ Cup Passion fruit/ granadilla pulp
1 Cup Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
160g White chocolate, melted
1 Packet lemon cream biscuits, crushed


Add half a cup of Clover Classic Yoghurt-Based Dairy Snack into a mixing bowl and mix with the passion fruit until combined.
Add the whipped cream to the passion fruit mixture and fold in until combined.
Lastly add the melted chocolate and fold in until combined.
The chocolate will allow the mousse to set in the fridge.
In a 15cm serving dish, add a layer of crushed biscuits, followed by some mousse.
Repeat the process until all the ingredients have been used.
Place into the fridge to set for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
Serve the mousse with extra fresh passion fruit pulp.
