Honey Nut Loaf
Clover Creamel Honey Nut Loaf Cake 

Serves: 6-8
Baking time: 30-40 minutes
 

INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour 
¾ cup castor sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
½ cup Clover Creamel
1 cup yoghurt, plain or vanilla flavor
3 tbsp honey
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup chopped mixed nuts 


FOR THE GLAZE
2 tbsp Clover Creamel
1 tbsp milk
1 cup icing sugar


METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180C
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, Clover Creamel and set aside
Make a well in the centre and add in the eggs, yoghurt, honey, oil and vanilla essence. Give the mixture a good mix and fold in the nuts. Pour batter into a greased and lined loaf tin and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean


Mix together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake, garnish with chopped nuts and more honey.
