Clover rosemary & thyme baked feta

200g Clover plain feta cheese
2 Tbsp Olive pride extra virgin olive oil
¼ Cup Olive pride green olives, pitted
¼ Cup Olive pride kalamata olives, pitted
2-3 Sprigs fresh thyme
2 Rosemary sprigs


Preheat your oven to °C.
Drain the Clover feta well, making sure to pat it dry with a paper towel to get rid of any excess moisture.
Place the Clover feta, olives and herbs into a roasting dish, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake the feta for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Serving suggestion: Drizzle some honey over and serve with some freshly toasted bread.
