Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Dr Sandra Smit combines homeopathy and counseling with craniosacral therapy, bringing her special interest in holistic health, defined by good vitality and immunity, adequate energy levels and restful sleep, peace of mind and emotional well being, free from any condition that inhibits living life with passion and vigor while maintaining good relations with others and oneself. She will be demonstrating cranio-sacral therapy and explaining the benefits and what it’s meant to be treating. 

She completed a Bachelors Degree in 1992 at Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit, majoring in Psychology and Philosophy and thereafter a 6 year course in Homeopathy at the University of Witswatersrand, Johannesburg.

In 1998 she established a homeopathic department within a pharmacy in Plettenberg Bay

During 2001-2004,  she managed a health shop and practiced as a homeopath in Ireland

She returned to South Africa in 2005 to open a homeopathic and natural remedies department at Stellenbosch Square Pharmacy.

She started her own practice at the Bliss Center in 2007, including a practice at Stepping Stones Rehabilitation Centre in Cape Town, with a special interest in Family Constellation Therapy .
