Crusted Ostrich steak
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 ostrich steaks
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 pkt Knorr Beef stew with Rosemary cook-in sauce
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbs flora, melted
Method:
- Season the ostrich and Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Brown on all sides in a hot pan then place into baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Knorr packet and the parsley.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the ostrich and place into a pre-heated 200C oven.
Bake until the top is toasted and crusty before serving.
