Enterprise Meat Platter Makeover Serves 12-16 Baked ricotta with bacon
4 -8 strips Enterprise streaky bacon 500g ricotta cheese 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tsp fresh thyme Pinch chilli flakes
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
Marinated grilled vegetables 500g vegetables (peppers, onions, aubergine)
50ml red wine vinegar

1. Grill a variety of vegetables on a griddle pan, brushed with olive oil and season well.
Salami bruschetta with pickled cucumber ribbons 1 ciabatta bread
1. Slice a loaf of ciabatta or French loaf, drizzle with olive oil and toast until golden under a hot grill.

2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs soy
2 Tbs sesame seeds
1. Saute Enterprise cocktail sausages in olive oil until golden.
