Expresso recipe for fresh fruit and yogurt

Fresh fruit layered with yoghurt and honey


Ingredients:

 

1 punnet strawberries, quartered

½ punnet berries

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped

½ pineapple, peeled and chopped

1 nectarine, chopped

250g mint, chopped

250g dried berries and dried pomegranate

250g watermelon, chopped

1 sweet melon, chopped

500g Greek yoghurt

250g honey

 

How To Make It:

 

Chop all of the fruit and combine with the mint. Place alternate layers of fruit, yoghurt and honey. Serve chilled
