
Fruit skewers with passion fruit and mint dip
Serves 4
500g vanilla yoghurt
2 passion fruit
4 sprigs of mint, shopped
Wooden kebab sticks
Selection of seasonal fruit, diced
Scoop the passion fruit into the yoghurt and add the mint, stir to combine. Skewer the fruit pieces onto the sticks; serve by dipping into the flavoured yoghurt.
