Healthy Chicken and Rocket Pizza

Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Low GI Wrap
- 2 Tbs Tomato paste
- 1 Steamed or poached Chicken breast, sliced
- 2 button mushrooms, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g grated Mozzarella
- Dried Oregano
- Fresh Rocket
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 280 degrees
- Spread the tomato paste onto the WW wrap
- Lay on the chicken, mushrooms, cherry toms and finally the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle on the dried oregano.
- Bake in the oven till the wrap browns on the edges & the cheese starts to bubble.
- Finish off with placing fresh Rocket on top & serve.
