Jalapeno and Cream Cheese Dip

Jalapeno and Cream Cheese Dip

200g Streaky bacon, diced
1 ½ Cups Cream cheese
1 Cup Sour cream
1/3 Cup Pickled Jalapeño, chopped
1 Cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
3-4 Spring onion
Salt and pepper
 
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a medium-high heated no-stick pan, add bacon and cook until crispy and golden is colour, set aside.
Add the bacon, cream cheese, sour cream,  Jalapeño and half the cheese’s to a mixing bowl, season and mix well to combine.
Add the ingredients to an oven-proof dish, top with cheese and spring onion.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese has melted and has gone golden brown.
Serve the dip warm with some Nacho chips or crackers.
