Ostrich and Samp Stir Fry
Serves 4
- Salt and pepper
- 500g ostrich steak, cut into strips
- Vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 200g fine beans, halved
- ¼ cup sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup cooked samp
- 4 Tbs chutney
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup beef stock
How To Make It:
- Season the ostrich with salt and pepper.
- In a hot wok, brown the ostrich.
- Add the onion, chilli, garlic, beans and corn and stir fry for a minute.
- Add the cooked samp and toss in the wok.
- In a bowl, combine the chutney, Worcestershire and stock then pour into the wok.
- Allow to reduce for a minute before serving
