Overnight Rooibos Oats with Stewed Apples and Biogen Vegan Pro Expresso

Overnight Rooibos Oats with Stewed Apples and Biogen Vegan Pro

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup rooibos tea
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp almond flakes
1 granny smith apple, chopped
2 tbsp coconut sugar
Biogen Vegan Pro
 
The night before, place 1/2 cup oats in a bowl with 1/2 cup rooibos tea and cinnamon. Place in the fridge or cover with a plate and leave on your kitchen counter.
Before going to bed, toast the almond flakes in a dry pan until fragrant. Set aside for the morning.
Saute apples with the coconut sugar until caramelised. Set aside for the morning.
Mix 1 tbsp Biogen Vegan Pro into the oats, top with apples and almonds and serve. Heat up if desired.
