Paint Dip Dye

The dip dye trend is very big at the moment and is actually called Ombre. You’ll see it everywhere from bedding to wall treatments, vases, table cloths, crockery to even shoes. 

Give your pumps a make over by applying a little bit of spray paint to the tips.

Materials

• Paint in a colour of your choice.
• Pumps
• Masking tape
• Old newspaper

 Step by Step

• Cover your pumps with newspaper and stick to the pump with a few layers of masking tape. Leave the toes of the pumps exposed.
• Now paint a few layers of paint. Wait until the paint is touch dry before you paint the next layer
• The fabric will absorb the paint and give the tips a dip dyed look.

Tip: You can also decorate the inner soles with a piece of beautiful fabric. Attach to the inside of the shoe with spray glue.
