200 g white sugar 115 g butter, at room temperature 125 g self-rising flour 235 ml milk 2 cans peaches, sliced 4 Tbs brown sugar Whipped cream to serve
How To Make It:
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Cream together sugar and butter then mix in flour and milk until smooth. Pour peaches and their juice over the top of the batter. Sprinkle with the brown sugar then bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
