To make this a meal for children add a little tuna or chicken to the dish to get your entire basic food group.
6 x potatoes, cooked and peeled
½ packet thin green beans, steamed
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
½ cup of mayonnaise of your choice
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt & pepper to taste
Cut your potatoes up into cubes.
Add the mayonnaise, chopped parsley, salt & pepper.
Add the sliced tomatoes and green beans.
