- 1 Cup prawns, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs wheat porridge
- 2 Tbs Sasko Cake flour
- 2 Tbs Pakco chilli bite mix
- 3 green chillies, chopped (use less if you like it less spicy)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- Oil for frying
How To Make It:
Mix together the chopped prawns, wheat, flour, Pakco chilli bite mix, chillies, onion and add enough water to combine the mixture.
Leave to rest for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan.
Mix the eggs, baking powder and coriander into the prawn mixture.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Tasty Tip: Serve with Pakco chilli sauce
