Roast Pork, Cranberry and Apple
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1kg Deboned Leg of Pork
- 1 KNORR Rosemary and Garlic Cook-in-Bag
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Apple cored & sliced (skin on)
- 2 Tbsp. Cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 50ml cold water
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Place sliced apples and onion in the bag
- Place 1kg deboned pork leg in the roasting bag
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over the pork
- Add the cranberry sauce, honey and 50ml cold water
- Seal the bag with the tie provided
- Roll gently to coat the pork evenly
- Pierce the top of the bag 3 times with a sharp knife for the steam to escape.
- Roast for an hour, then open the bag and roast for a further 15 minutes to brown the surface.
- Serve with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, glazed carrots, cranberry & apple sauces
