Shirley Temple
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- Selati sweetener or white sugar
- 50ml grenadine
- Ice
- 500ml ginger Ale
- 4 Maraschino cherries
Method:
- Pour the lime juice onto a saucer, and the Selati sweetener onto another saucer.
- Dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice, then immediately into the Selati sugar or sweetener to form a sweet ring around the glass.
- Place the ice into the glass, then top with the grenadine.
- Top up with the ginger ale and stir with a swizzle stick.
- Garnish with two maraschino cherries per glass before serving.
