Steak and Chips
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 400g aged rump steak
- Olive oil
- 11/2 T Nomu BBQ rub
- Sea salt flakes and Black pepper
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- Canola oil for deep frying
- Steamed green beans
Method:
- Wash sweet potatoes & cut into wedges
- Rub the rump with olive oil, BBQ rub, salt & pepper and leave for 15minutes.
- Deep fry Sweet potatoes until golden in colour.
- Heat a grill pan over highest heat, add the rump and cook for five minutes on each side. It will be rare.
- Serve with the chips and steamed green beans.
