Sticky Chicken Wings
Serves 4
Make perfect chicken wings with Knorr Cook-in-Bag. The roasting bag locks in all the flavour, ensuring deliciously sticky chicken wings. Knorr Cook-in-Bags are the simplest way to make juicy chicken wings with ease.
Ingredients:
1kg chicken wings
1 KNORR Sticky Chicken Wings Cook-in-Bag
100ml chutney
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Place 1kg chicken wings in the roasting bag.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over the chicken wings.
- Add 100ml chutney into the bag.
- Seal the bag with the tie provided.
- Roll gently to coat the pieces evenly, and place the bag on a baking tray ensuring that the chicken wings form an even layer.
- Pierce the top of the bag 3 times with a sharp knife for the steam to escape.
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and roast for 35 minutes. Ensure that the grill is off at all times.
- Cut the bag open and leave to brown in the oven for 10 minutes
- Coat the pieces in any remaining juices and transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve with a dipping sauce made from sour cream, fresh chilli, chopped coriander, mint and lemon.
