1 KNORR Sticky Chicken Wings Cook-in-Bag
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place 1kg chicken wings in the roasting bag.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over the chicken wings.
Add 100ml chutney into the bag.
Seal the bag with the tie provided.
Roll gently to coat the pieces evenly, and place the bag on a baking tray ensuring that the chicken wings form an even layer.
Pierce the top of the bag 3 times with a sharp knife for the steam to escape.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and roast for 35 minutes. Ensure that the grill is off at all times.
Cut the bag open and leave to brown in the oven for 10 minutes
Coat the pieces in any remaining juices and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve with a dipping sauce made from sour cream, fresh chilli, chopped coriander, mint and lemon.
