
Stir-Fried Thai Noodles With Chicken (Pad Thai)
Serves 4
Recipe by Patron Bank (Padbok Thai)
Ingredients:
- 100g Chicken breast
- 160g Noodles
- 10g Chopped red onion
- 10g Chopped pickled radish
- 20g Sliced bean curd
- 20g Bean sprouts
- 20g Chinese chive
- 10g Roasted-grounded peanut
- 120ml Pad Thai sauce
- 1 Egg
- 100ml Tamarind Juice
- 100ml Fish sauce
- 100g Palm sugar
- 50ml Chili sauce
Method:
1. Fry chicken until cook then set aside
2. Heat the wok, add cooking oil then put in chopped red onion, chopped pickled radish and bean curd and
fry until fragrant.
3. Add noodle, stir well then put the Pad Thai sauce.
4. Add cooked chicken and egg.
5. Add bean sprouts, Chinese chive and peanut and ready to serve
