Strip Steak Stir Fry
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 250g strip steak (Sirloin)
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced into strips
- 1 cup red cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 4 leaves spinach, cut into strips
- ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 bunch of chopped coriander

Method:
- Cut the strip steak into long, thin strips.
- Season the strips of meat with salt and pepper.
- Place some oil into a searing hot wok then place the seasoned strips of meat into the hot wok.
- Stir fry the strips of meat until golden then add the strips of ginger.
- Add the stripped carrots, stripped onion, stripped cabbage and stripped spinach and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce onto the strips of stir fry and stir.
- Finish the strip steak stir fry with a handful of fresh coriander.
