Vital Health - Vital Run

The Vital Run takes place on a beautiful off-road route through the scenic Lourensford Estate. Both the 21km and 10km initially follows the same course while the 21km continues along the foot of the Helderberg and Brinksburg dam. The event is organised by Run Walk For Life WP Athletic Club under the auspices of A.S.A. & W.P.A. Proceeds of this event with be donated to the Patch Helderberg Child Abuse Center.

Run it, walk it… but most of all, come and experience it!
