White Chocolate And Balsamic Truffles
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cream
- 240g white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
Method:
- Melt the chocolate and cream in a Bain Marie.
- Stir in the balsamic vinegar then leave to cool the chocolate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove from the fridge then scoop teaspoons of the mixture and form into balls.
- Roll the balls in the ground almonds then return to the fridge.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
