White Chocolate And Balsamic Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 240g white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds

Method: 

  1. Melt the chocolate and cream in a Bain Marie.
  2. Stir in the balsamic vinegar then leave to cool the chocolate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from the fridge then scoop teaspoons of the mixture and form into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in the ground almonds then return to the fridge.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
