Whole Wheat Pita Pizzas
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Whole-wheat pitas
- 1 bottle Tomato pasta sauce
- 200g Crumbled Ricotta cheese
- 8 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Grated courgettes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 100g grated mature cheddar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Place the pitas onto a baking tray then spread over the tomato sauce.
- Crumble on the ricotta then top with the tomatoes, courgettes and spinach.
- Sprinkle over the cheddar then bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
