Whole Wheat Pita Pizzas

Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Whole-wheat pitas
  • 1 bottle Tomato pasta sauce
  • 200g Crumbled Ricotta cheese
  • 8 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Grated courgettes
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 100g grated mature cheddar

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Place the pitas onto a baking tray then spread over the tomato sauce.
  3. Crumble on the ricotta then top with the tomatoes, courgettes and spinach.
  4. Sprinkle over the cheddar then bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately.
