Certified Natural Lamb Chops with herbs

CERTIFIED NATURAL LAMB CHOPS with herbs

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp Olive oil
Juice and finely grated zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp Coarse seasalt
1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
12 Lamb chops, French cut

VEGETABLES:

Baby potatoes
Red onions
Asparagus

Baby marrows
Red bell peppers

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix first 8 ingredients into paste.

Rub into lamb chops.
Cover and let it stand in a cool place for 3 hours.
Cook in very hot griddle pan for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with grilled vegetables.
