Place the haddock fillets in a shallow pan and cover with the milk. Simmer gently until fish is cooked. Serve alongside the bread and top with a poached egg.

Sauté mushrooms with the onions and add the chopped parsley. Place inside the tomato. Crack in the egg and bake in the oven until the egg is set.

Fry the zucchini in the butter then add on in the beaten eggs. Place into a pre-heated oven and cook until set. Turn over onto a plate and serve.

Using a serrated knife, cut off the top of the egg shell, placing the egg into a bowl. Rinse the shells and retain for serving.
