Mari-Louis Guy, our restaurant reviewer, is a freelance food-stylist and cook book author.
Along with her brother, Callie Maritz, she has wrote and styled Cakes to Celebrate Love and Life, Love&Food and Cakebread Pudding and Pie (released as Sugar&Spice in Australasia).
Under the banner of Cakebread, they do editorial, advertorial, packaging and commercial food-styling and to date have completed work on almost 200 television commercials.
