Simply Chicken Parmesan

400g Simply Chicken Steaklets
¾ Cup Tomato Passata
4 Mozzarella Cheese Slices
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese – grated
Fresh Basil, to serve
Cooked spaghetti or linguine pasta to serve
Cook the Simply Chicken Steaklets according to package instructions.
Then place two steaklets overlapping each other creating a heart shape. Do the same with the remaining two steaklets.
Divide the tomato passata between the two heart shaped chicken steaklets. Season with some salt and pepper. Add some parmesan cheese and top with two slices of mozzarella onto each serving.
Place the steaklets into the oven to bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to turn golden brown.
Serve the steaklets on a bed of pasta and top with some fresh basil leaves.
