Clover Classic Chicken Mayo Log Pie
Oozing with the deliciousness of Clover Classic mayonnaise.
Time: 30 minutes
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
2-3 rotiserrie chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup Clover Classic Mayo, 1
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup cheese of choice, grated
¼ cup melted butter
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180C
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Clover Classic mayo, hot sauce, tomato sauce, honey, spring onions and cheese. Mix until well combined.
Place the puff pastry onto a floured surface. Keeping the centre solid, cut the side walls of the pastry into strips so that they are still attached to the centre. Place the chicken filling down the centre of the pastry and fold in the strips over the filling. Mix together the melted butter with the parsley and brush over the pastry.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Slice and serve
Chefs Tip: You can add any veg like peas and corn, or you can use fish like tuna.
