Beacon Crispy Rice Nests

1 ½ cup crispy rice cereal
¼ cup butter
1 cup Beacon original milk chocolate marshmallow eggs

Beacon Hens Eggs
In a bowl over simmering water, place the Beacon marshmallow eggs and butter and melt.
This can also be done in the microwave in short bursts of 30 sec to 1 min to make sure the Beacon marshmallow eggs do not burn.
Make sure to stir through each time. With a whisk or spatula, mix the two ingredients thoroughly then remove from the heat. Add the crispy rice cereal into the Beacon marshmallows and mix thoroughly before lacing into the egg mould for shaping.
Try to work as fast as possible while the mixture is still soft to make sure they mould easily.
Mould into half egg shapes then set aside to harden. Once hard, fill the centres with Beacon Bunny Chocolate Nibbles and Beacon Chocolate & Popcorn treats and enjoy!
Chefs Tip:You can also melt the Beacon marshmallows and butter in the microwave in short bursts of 30 sec to 1 min to make sure the Beacon marshmallows do not burn.
