Clover Krush Sticky Rice Breakfast Bowl
If your breakfast has become bland, this is the way to spice things up!
Time: 10 minutes
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Krush Orange juice
2 small radishes, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pack breakfast sausages, casing removed (beef or pork)
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 fried eggs
In a small bowl, combine the sriracha, hoisin sauce and Krush orange juice. Add the radishes, sesame seeds and spring onions to the rice, add the dressing and mix well to combine.
Combine together the breakfast sausage meat, ginger and garlic in a bowl and shape into patties. Fry the patties until cooked and serve with rice, topped with the fried egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and more spring onions.
Chefs Tip: You can add any other veggies or meat alternatives!
