Clover Classic Mayo Cheesy Bun
When two of our favourites come together – cheese and mayo – for this brunch-worthy bun!.
Time: 15-20 minutes
500g ready made bread dough
1 -2 cups Clover Classic Mayo, 2
2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella)
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp crushed garlic/garlic powder
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
Roll out the bread dough and break off pieces. Place in a warm place and allow to rise until double in size.
Spread the Clover Classic mayo over each bun. Flatten out slightly. Top with cheese and bake in the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
Once baked, mix together the butter and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Brush over the warm buns and serve.
Chefs Tip: You can add more toppings like peppers and bacon for the ultimate brunch!
