Peanut Butter, Banana and Bacon Sandwich
A favourite enjoyed by the late Elvis Presely.

2 slices white bread
2-3 cooked bacon pieces
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp butter
Spread the peanut butter on both slices of bread, then add the sliced banana and bacon streaks. Close the sandwich off with the remaining bread.
Bring a non-stick pan to a medium heat and add the butter and place the sandwich in the pan.
Allow to brown off for 2-3 minutes and then flip over and repeat for the other side of the sandwich.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
