Clover Bliss Triple Layer Chocolate Caramel Pots
If you are looking for an indulgently decadent way to celebrate World Chocolate day – its is in the form our of Clover Bliss Triple Chocolate and Caramel Mousse pots.
Not only is it an indulgent mouthful to say, its super easy to put together, you might want to celebrate chocolate everyday!

X1 ready made chocolate cake
X1 tin caramel
1 shot espresso coffee
For the mousse
1 cup double thick cream
¼ cup icing sugar
½ cup Clover Bliss medium cream chocolate dairy dessert
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cocoa powder for dusting
Clover Bliss dessert for serving
Choc chips for garnish
Place the caramel into a bowl with the espresso and whisk to combine, set aside. Crumble or portion the cake up, to make layers in a serving glass or jar.
To make the mousse, beat the thick cream with the icing sugar. Fold in the Bliss dessert and vanilla essence
Layer the serving glass or jar by adding the cake to the bottom, top with the caramel and then with the mousse. Keep layering until the jar is filled. Garnish with more Bliss dessert, choc chips and cocoa powder
