Clover Classic Strawberry and White Choc Matcha Panna Cotta
We’re adding a Japanese twist to an Italian classic!

1 ½ tsp gelatin
½ cup water
1 cup cream
2 tsp matcha powder
½ cup sugar
50g white chocolate
1 cup Clover Classic dairy snack, strawberry flavour
Fresh berries to serve
Icing sugar to serve
Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and allow to soften for a few minutes. Gently heat the cream with the sugar, matcha powder and chocolate whilst stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin. Strain the liquid and allow to cool slightly. Stir in the Clover Classic dairy snack. Pour into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate until set. Serve with fresh berries and dusting of icing sugar.
Chefs Tip: You can make the panna cotta up to 2 days ahead and keep covered in the fridge. Use alternative sweeteners like honey or maple syrup
