Clover Cheesecake Waffles
Recipe by Melandie Esterhuizen

Waffles:
2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Large eggs
1 ½ Cups milk
80 ml Clover Butro Oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
 Pinch Salt

Cheesecake Filling:
1 Tub Cream Cheese
½ Cup Lemon Curd
1 Cup Passion fruit pulp
¼ cup Icing sugar

Chocolate sauce OR caramel sauce
Fresh berries

Method:
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. 
Make a well in the centre. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, milk, Clover Butro Oil and vanilla. 
Pour the liquid into well and mix to combine.
Heat the waffle pan.
Grease with baking spray.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron - Careful not to over fill.
Close and cook until golden.
Remove from the pan.
Combine all the cheesecake ingredients until well combined.
Scoop on top of the waffles.
Drizzle with your choice of sauce and some fresh berries. Enjoy!
