When it comes to making the best treats for guests this Easter long weekend, you can never go wrong with a fresh batch of homemade Beacon Chocolate Bunny Mix Cookies.

Ingredients:
1 box Beacon Chocolate Bunny Mix 2 ½ Cups Golden Cloud Cake Flour 1 Cup butter, softened 1 ½ Cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then add the flour, bicarb and salt. Fold the Golden Cloud Cake Flour into the egg mixture and add the Beacon chocolate bunny mix.Drop spoonful’s of cookie dough onto lined baking sheets.Bake for about 10- 15 minutes in the oven, or until edges are browned and crisp.Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
Chefs Tip:
You can use half white sugar and brown sugar to give the cookies a different texture.
