1 Cup flour ½ Cup salted butter ½ Cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp Black Cat Peanut Butter, crunchy 1 Tbsp chocolate chips splash of milk, if needed
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the flour to a lined baking sheet and place into the oven for at least 5 minutes, then remove the flour from the oven and allow to cool. Beat the butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer. Add the Black Cat Peanut Butter and cooked flour. Keep mixing the dough until it resembles bread crumbs. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Using your hand roll the dough into small bite sized balls and store in a airtight container.
Chefs Tip: You want to cook out the flour as these cookie dough balls are eaten raw. Add some milk if the dough is not soft enough. Replace the chocolate chips with extra nuts, raisins or chopped up dried fruit.
